American Journal of Hospital Pharmacy was the title of an American hospital pharmacist journal in much of the late 20th century.
American Journal of Hospital Pharmacy began publishing under that title in 1958, succeeding The Bulletin of the American Society of Hospital Pharmacists and continuing its issue numbering. The first copyright-renewed issue is January 1964 (v. 21 no. 1). We know of no actively copyright-renewed contributions. (More details) The American Journal of Hospital Pharmacy ran under that title until 1994. The following year it was renamed the American Journal of Health-System Pharmacy, which continues to publish today.
