American Literary Gazette and Publishers' Circular was a periodical on American publishing, published in the 1860s and 1870s.

Publication History

The American Publishers' Circular and Literary Gazette (whose issues are listed separately) began a new series in 1863, and soon changed its name to American Literary Gazette and Publishers' Circular. The magazine ran in this form until 1872, when it was succeeded by the publication now known as Publishers Weekly.
