Publication History

Annales de Chimie et de Physique began in 1816. It succeeded an earlier "Annales de Chimie", so the first 75 volumes of this serial were referred to as "second series" after a new "third" series, running 69 volumes, began in 1841. Subsequent of 30 volumes each began in 1864 (the 4th), 1874 (5th), 1884 (6th), 1894 (7th), and 1904 (8th). The last volume was published in 1913, and the serial then split into Annales de Chimie and Annales de Physique.

• 1816-1913: HathiTrust also has all volumes. Access to volumes after 1898 may be restricted outside the United States. Volumes may be listed out of order, but we have verified that all are present.
