Publication History

Archiv des Öffentliches Rechts began in 1886 as Archiv für Öffentliches Recht. The name shifted to Archiv des Öffentliches Rechts in 1911. A new series began in 1921, though overall numbering also continued, and became the only volume numbering in 1964. No issue or contribution copyright renewals were found for this serial. Persistent Archives of Complete Issues

• 1886-1910: DigiZeitSchriften has volumes 1-26, published under the title Archiv für Öffentliches Recht.
• 1911-1925: DigiZeitSchriften has volumes 27-48 free to read. Access to later volumes may require subscription or payment
• 1886-1928: HathiTrust has all volumes through 1928. Access may be restricted outside the United States. Later volumes may be searchable but not readable online here.
