Publication History

Arkansas became a state in 1836, after being a territory since 1819. Its legislature operates to this day.

Persistent Archives of Complete Issues

• 1837-1921: HathiTrust has many of the acts of the early General Assembly, scanned from the New York Public Library, though there are some gaps.
• 1844-1845: The Arkansas State Library has the fifth session, which met from November 1844 to January 1845.
• 1861: The Internet Archive has the 13th or special session, which met in November 1861.
• 1987-present: The Arkansas State Legislature has recent acts online.
