The Artist

The Artist was an American "illustrated monthly record of arts, crafts and industries", published in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. (There is a Wikipedia article about this serial.)

Publication History

The Artist published its first edition in 1898. (A British journal that spun off this one dates back to 1880, so the volume numbering for the American edition starts at 23.) The Artist ceased publication in 1902.
