The Art-Union

The Art-Union was a journal of fine arts published in London by W. Thomas in the early 19th century.

Publication History

The Art-Union began in 1839. It published 10 volumes from then until 1848. The following year the journal was taken over by J. S. Virtue and renamed The Art Journal.
