The first edition of Basic Facts About the United Nations was published in 1947. Early editions were published with edition numbers; later ones are not. No issue or contribution copyright renewals were found for this serial. It was published in 2008 as The United Nations Today, but later editions returned to its earlier title. It is still published today.
