Publication History

Blackwood's Edinburgh Magazine began publication with the April 1817 issue. It ceased publication under its original name at the end of 1905, when the magazine, moving to London, became known simply as Blackwood's Magazine. No issue copyright renewals were found for this serial. The first copyright-renewed contribution is from October 1940. (More details) The London incarnation ceased publication in 1980.
