Brinkman's Catalogus van Boeken en Tijdschriften

Brinkman's Catalogus van Boeken en Tijdschriften was a periodical issued every few years with bibliographic information on books, serials, and other works published in the Netherlands. Its title has varied over time.

Publication History

Carel Leonard Brinkman (1820-1881) published a work titled Alphabetische Naamlijst van Boeken, Plaat- en Kaartwerken in 1858, covering the years 1833-1849. (This may have been intended as a successor to a work from another publisher that covered 1790-1832.) In the mid-1880s, a volume titled Brinkman's Catalogus der Boeken, Plaat- en Kaartwerken was published, covering the years 1850-1882. Subsequent volumes of Brinkman's Catalogus covered 5-year or 10-year periods. Brinkman's also issued cumulative volumes from time to time in a separate series. No issue or contribution copyright renewals were found for this serial. (More details) Brinkman's Catalogus appears to have ceased publication around the start of the 21st century.
