presents serial archive listings for

Cumulative Book Index

Cumulative Book Index was an listing of books published in the English language in the 20th century (and a few years around it), published by the H. W. Wilson Company.

Publication History

Cumulative Book Index was first published as a supplement to the United States Catalog, a less frequently updated publication begun in 1898. The Cumulative Book Index eventually was synchronized with it, and then took over its function altogether after 1928. Copyright renewals were not filed for these volumes (but copyrights for volumes published after 1963 would have automatically renewed). The last volume was published in 1999. Listings below refer to the years covered by the volume.
