Cases Decided in the Court of Session is a Scottish case reporter. The title has varied somewhat over time.
The first volume in this serial, initially called Cases Decided in the Court of Session, was for cases in 1821 and 1822, and was published in 1834. No issue or contribution copyright renewals were found for this serial. (More details) A second series began for the 1838-1839 session, a third for the 1862-1863 session, a fourth for the 1873-1874 session, and a fifth for the 1899-1900 session. Volumes were simply numbered by year from 1907 onward. The serial continues today. Dates below are dates of the cases covered, which might be slightly before the date of volume publication.
