Cases Argued and Decided in the Supreme Court of the United States was an edited, annotated compilation of US Supreme Court actions and opinions, published by Lawyers Cooperative Publishing, now part of Thomson Reuters.
The first volume of Cases Argued and Decided in the Supreme Court of the United States was published in 1882, covering 18th century rulings. Subsequent volumes eventually caught up to being almost contemporaneous, though new volumes were typically issued about a year after the term they covered ended. The first actively copyright-renewed issue is October term 1927, © January 21, 1929. We know of no actively copyright-renewed contributions. (More details) The judicial rulings and opinions are in the public domain, but West claims copyright over the notes it adds. The series ran until 1955, and was replaced the following year by 'United States Supreme Court Reports'. Dates in the series links below are dates of coverage, not dates of publication.
