The Carolina Medical Journal was the title of a medical journal published in Charlotte, North Carolina in the early 20th century.
The Carolina Medical Journal began publishing under that title in 1900, succeeding the North Carolina Medical Journal (1878-1899) and continuing its volume numbering. There was no volume 51 or 57. The Carolina Medical Journal ran until March 1908, and was then absorbed by the Charlotte Medical Journal.
