Publication History

Constitution, Jefferson's Manual, and Rules of the House of Representatives of the United States was first in the 19th century, and was consistently published under this title by 1909 for the 61st Congress. It continues to be published for each new Congress, with applicable updates.

Persistent Archives of Complete Issues

• 1871, 1882, 1892, 1907-1908, 1911, 1916: HathiTrust has editions for various late 19th and early 20th century Congresses.
• 1877-1884, 1889-1890, 1895, 1900, 1904-1905: HathiTrust has editions for the 44th-48th, 50th-51st, 53rd, 56th, and 58th-59th Congresses.
