The Continent was an illustrated American weekly magazine of literature edited and published by Albion Tourgee in the 1880s.

Publication History

The Continent began in 1882 as "Our Continent", but changed its named to "The Continent" the following year. It absorbed Potter's American Monthly part-way through 1882. It ceased publication in 1884.
