Publication History

The Daily Sketch began in Manchester in 1909, and later moved to London. No issue copyright renewals were found for this serial. The first copyright-renewed contribution is from May 19, 1959. (More details) It merged with the Daily Graphic for a time in the 1940s and 1950s, and was then split off as an independent newspaper. The Daily Sketch ended in 1971, and was absorbed into the Daily Mail.
