The General Accounting Office was created in 1921, with the Comptroller General as its head. The first volume of Decisions of the Comptroller General of the United States, covering decisions from July 1921 through June 1922, was published in 1922. No issue or contribution copyright renewals were found for this serial. (More details) Decisions of the Comptroller General of the United States ran until 1994. The Government Accountability Office, the successor to the General Acccounting Office, continues to publish decisions today.
