Publication History

Delaware Advertiser and Farmer's Journal began publishing under that title in September 1827, succeeding The Wilmingtonian, and Delaware Advertiser. The title shortened to Delaware Advertiser and Farmer's Journal in 1828, though the newspaper remained a weekly. All content of this serial is in the public domain in the US. It ran until 1831 when it was absorbed by what was then called the Delaware Gazette and American Watchman.
