Dickinson Law Review is a student-run journal published by the Dickinson School of Law, now affiliated with Penn State University.

Publication History

Dickinson Law Review began in 1897 as The Forum. In 1908, it was renamed Dickinson Law Review, volume numbering continued. No issue or contribution copyright renewals were found for this serial. In 2003, after Dickinson School of Law joined Penn State University, the journal was renamed Penn State Law Review, but after Penn State's two law schools became separately accredited in 2016, the journal split, and Dickinson Law School's journal became once again Dickinson Law Review.

• 1897-1908: Penn State Dickinson Law has all 12 volumes of The Forum freely readable online.

• 1909-1924: HathiTrust has volumes 14-19 and 21 to 28 of the Dickinson Law Review freely readable online. Some later volumes may be searchable but not freely readable online here.
• 1908-2017: Penn State Dickinson Law has volumes 13-107 of the Dickinson Law Review, and volumes 108-121 of the Penn State Law Review free to read online.
• 2017-present: Penn State Dickinson Law has volume 122 and later of the Dickinson Law Review free to read online.
