Publication History

Edinburgh Medical Journal began in 1855 as a merger of The Monthly Journal of Medicine and the Edinburgh Medical and Surgical Journal. New series began in 1897 and 1908. No issue or contribution copyright renewals were found for this serial. (More details) The journal ran until 1954. In 1956 it merged with the Glasgow Medical Journal to form the Scottish Medical Journal, which is still published today.
