The Elks Magazine began in 1922. The first actively copyright-renewed issue is September 1930 (v. 9 no. 4). The first actively copyright-renewed contribution is from April 1929 (v. 7 no. 11). (More details) Regional editions appear to have begun around 1950. It is still published today.
