The Empire Forestry Review

The Empire Forestry Review is the second name of a long-running forestry journal, published by what is now known as the Commonwealth Forestry Association.

Publication History

The predecesssor of The Empire Forestry Review was the Empire Forestry Journal, which began in 1922. (Volumes under that name are listed separately.) It changed its name to the Empire Forest Review in 1946, but continued the older journal's volume numbering. (Hence, the first volume under this name is numbered 25.) The Empire Forestry Review in turn changed its name to the Commonwealth Forestry Review in 1962 (which is also listed separately). No issue or contribution copyright renewals were found for this serial. (More details) The current version of the journal is known as International Forestry Review.
