The Enquirer Southerner was the title of a weekly newspaper published in Tarboro, North Carolina in the mid-18070s.
The Enquirer Southerner began publishing under that title in 1874 when Tarboro's Enquirer merged with the Tarboro' Southerner. All content of this serial is in the public domain in the US. (More details) Three issues published in 1875 were titled Southerner-Enquirer. The folowing week, the paper was renamed the Tarborough Southerner, using a longer spelling for the town.
