presents serial archive listings for

France-Soir

France-Soir is a French news publication. (There is a Wikipedia article about this serial.)

Publication History

France-Soir began publishing under that title in 1944, when Défense de France, an underground newspaper founded in 1941, took over the presses of Paris-Soir after liberation from the Nazis. It adopted France-Soir as a parallel title, and France-Soir soon became the main and then sole title. No issue or contribution copyright renewals were found for this serial. (More details) The printed newspaper ceased publication in 2011, shortly after its purchase by a Russian owner. After some publication hiatuses and further changes in ownership, France-Soir continues as a website.
