General Aviation News

General Aviation News is a general aviation periodical published in the western United States.

Publication History

General Aviation News began in California in 1949, and in its early days was nicknamed the "Green Sheet". It moved to Texas around 1970, and to Washington state in 1990, where it was acquired by the Western Flyer that year (which for a while retained General Aviation News as part of its title.) The Western Flyer eventually became just The Flyer, but then was renamed General Aviation News in 2001. No issue or contribution copyright renewals were found for this serial. It is still published today.
