Publication History

Idaho became a state in 1890, and its state legislature published its first volume of session laws in 1891. No issue or contribution copyright renewals were found for this serial. (More details) It is still published today.

Persistent Archives of Complete Issues

• 1890-1912: HathiTrust has the volumes for sessions 1-11, 13, and 15-16, scanned from the New York Public Library. Some volumes for the earlier territorial legislature may also be in this set.
• 1890-1895, 1903-1977: HathiTrust has the volumes for sessions 1-3 and session 7 up to the first regular session of the 44th state legislature. Access to some volumes may be restricted outside the United States.
• 1944-present: The Idaho legislature website has volumes from the first extraordinary session of the 27th state legislature onward.
