The Hartford Chronicle was an African American newspaper published in Hartford, Connecticut. (There is a Wikipedia article about this serial.)
The Hartford Chronicle began publishing under that title in the 1940s, succeeding the Hartford-Springfield Chronicle, which had been founded in 1940. Publication of the Chronicle was revived in 1946. No issue or contribution copyright renewals were found for this serial. The Hartford Chronicle appears to have ceased publication by 1949, possibly after being renamed the Connecticut Chronicle.
