Idea is an American law review now published at the Franklin Pierce Center for Intellectual Property at the University of New Hampshire. (There is a Wikipedia article about this serial.)
Idea began publishing under that title in 1964. It succeeded the earlier Patent, Trademark, and Copyright Journal of Research and Education, continued its volume numbering, and for a time used that title as its subtitle. It is still published today.
