Iowa Law Review is a journal published by law students at the University of Iowa. (There is a Wikipedia article about this serial.)
Iowa Law Review began as the Iowa Law Bulletin, which published from 1891 to 1900 and from 1915 to 1925. The review took on its current name in 1925. The first copyright-renewed issue is March 1938 (v. 23 no. 3). We know of no actively copyright-renewed contributions. (More details) It is still published today.
