Journal of the American Geographical and Statistical Society was original name of a geography journal published by what is now the American Geographical Society.

Publication History

The first volume of the journal appeared in 1859. The second did not come out in 1870. In 1872, the journal was renamed Journal of the American Geographical Society of New York (which is listed separately).
