Publication History

Journal of the Institute of Actuaries began in 1851 as the Assurance Magazine. In 1853 it added "Journal of the Institute of Actuaries" to its name, which eventually became its only name in 1886. No issue or contribution copyright renewals were found for this serial. (More details) In 1994, it merged with Scotland's Transactions of the Faculty of Actuaries to become the British Actuarial Journal.
