The Literary Chronicle

The Literary Chronicle was a London-based journal published in the early 19th century. Weekly issues were usually published as The Literary Chronicle and Weekly Review; the annual volumes were usually published just as The Literary Chronicle.

Publication History

The Literary Chronicle began in 1819, and ran until 1828. It appears to have been absorbed that year by The Athenaeum, which published for some time afterwards as The Athenaeum and Literary Chronicle.
