Log and Tally is a bulletin for the Concatenated Order of Hoo-Hoo, a fraternal society associated with the lumber trade.
The Hoo-Hoo society began in 1892, and its first member journal was simply called The Bulletin. Log and Tally succeeded it sometime in the 20th century, and continues to be published today. Based on its current volume numbers, it may have continued the numbering of the Bulletin.
