The Pennsylvania German Society Proceedings and Addresses was a more-or-less annual publication of the Pennsylvania German Society, publishing minutes of its meetings and historical studies of interest to its members. The title varied somewhat from volume to volume.
The Pennsylvania German Society was founded in 1891, and the first volume of its Proceeeings and Addresses was published that year. The first copyright-renewed issue is 1940 (v. 48). The first copyright-renewed contribution is from 1945 (v. 51). (More details) Volumes appear to have been published until 1966, with some of the later volumes titled Publications of the Pennsylvania German Society. (The most prominent title in some volumes is the title of the historical monograph in the volume, rather than 'Proceedings and Addresses'.) Volume dating can be somewhat inconsistent since the title page date, the date of the meetings being reported on, and the copyright date can all be different in a given volume. Dates below reflect the latest of these dates in a volume, except where noted.
