The Pennsylvania Freedmen's Bulletin was the organ of the Pennsylvania Freedmen's Assocation, published in Philadelphia in the 1860s.
The Pennsylvania Freedmen's Bulletin began in 1865. Beginning in 1866 this publication was issued in tandem with The American Freedman, a New York-based publication, though issues and sections titled The Pennsylvania Freedmen's Bulletin continued to be published at least as late as 1868.
