The Patent, Trademark, and Copyright Journal of Research and Education began in 1957. The first issue used "Trade-Mark" in the title, but all later issues used "Trademark". No issue or contribution copyright renewals were found for this serial. (More details) The title changed to Idea in 1964, though the old title persisted as a subtitle for some time afterwards.
