Poetry is a monthly American magazine of poetry of the 20th and 21st centuries, now published by the Poetry Foundation. (There is a Wikipedia article about this serial.)

Publication History

Poetry was founded as "Poetry: A Magazine of Verse" in 1912 by Harriet Monroe, who was the magazine's initial editor and publisher. The first actively copyright-renewed issue is January 1944 (v. 63 no. 4). The first actively copyright-renewed contribution is from July 1929. (More details) It is still published today.
