Publication History

Recueil des Arrêts du Conseil d'État began in 1821 as Recueil des Arrêts du Conseil, ou Ordonnances Royales. A second series began in 1831. The series was renamed Recueil des Arrêts du Conseil d'État in 1848. Volumes starting in 1947 appear to be numbered by year and not by sequence. It ran under thie general title Recueil des Arrêts du Conseil d'État until 1954; subsequent volumes were then titled Recueil des Décisions du Conseil d'État.
