Report of the Minister of Foreign Affairs was a periodic English-language report issued by Hawaii's foreign relations department in the 19th century. The title varied somewhat over time.
The earliest report we know of was published in 1845, when Hawaii was a unified independent kingdom. Reports continued to be issued after the monarchy was overthrown in the 1890s, with the last one we know of issued in 1900, shortly after the United States annexed Hawaii as a territory.
