Romance was an American fiction magazine published by the Ridgway Company in the early 20th century.

Publication History

The first run of Romance ran from 1919 to 1920. After a hiatus, the same publisher began a new series in 1928. The first actively copyright-renewed issue is March 1929 (series 2, v. 1 no. 5), © January 30, 1929. The first actively copyright-renewed contribution is from March 1929 (series 2, v. 1 no. 5). (More details) The magazine ran until mid-1929, when the magazine combined with Everybody's Magazine to form Everybody's Romance, which lasted until 1930.
