Decisiones Seu Sententiae

Decisiones Seu Sententiae is an official record of the decisions of the Roman Rota, the highest appellate tribunal of the Catholic Church. Decisions, many of which concern the nullity of marriages and ordinations, are published in Latin.

Publication History

The first volume of Decisiones Seu Sententiae covers 1909. (Dates below are for the decision years covered; publication in this series can occur some years later.) New volumes continue to be issued annually.

• 1909-1922: HathiTrust has reprints of the first 14 volumes, covering 1909 through 1922. Access may be restricted outside the United States.
