Routledge's Christmas Annual was a 19th-century British anthology of Christmas stories and other fiction and poetry.

Publication History

The first Routledge's Christmas Annual was published around 1865. Volumes did not always come out every year. I do not know when the last volume was published, but it appears to have lasted into the 1880s. Some of the later volumes had their own titles.

Persistent Archives of Complete Issues

• 1867: HathiTrust has the 1867 annual, titled "On the Cards".
• 1869: HathiTrust has the fourth season volume.
• 1870: HathiTrust has the fifth season volume.
• 1872: HathiTrust has the sixth season volume.
• 1880: The Internet Archive has what appears to be the 1880 annual, titled "The Green Room: Stories by Those Who Frequent It".
