Publication History

The SP-SDF was formed in 1957 when the Socialist Party of America (founded in 1901) merged with the Social Democratic Federation of America. Starting in 1962, the common name tended to revert to "Socialist Party, USA". The party stayed in this configuration until 1972, when there were multiple schisms and mergers involving other parties. For this serial listing, we include online convention proceedings between 1957 and 1972.
