The Lewiston Teller was a newspaper published in Lewiston, Idaho in the late 19th and early 20th century. The title varied somewhat over time.

Publication History

The Lewiston Teller began in 1876, as The Teller, and became The Lewiston Teller in 1878. That then became The Lewiston Evening Teller in August 1900, the Lewiston Daily Teller in October 1900, The Lewiston Evening Teller again in 1901, and The Lewiston Teller again in 1902. In 1903, when The Lewiston Teller was publishing as a semi-weekly, a daily edition named The Lewiston Evening Teller began, and ran until 1911. Meanwhile, the semi-weekly edition of The Lewiston Teller became Lewiston Inter-State News in 1905.
