The Vital Issue, later named Issues and Events, was a pro-German newspaper published in New York City during World War I.

Publication History

The Vital Issue began publishing in 1914. Its first issue was titled News Examiner and Commentator, but the paper's title went to The Vital Issue immediately afterwards. It was renamed Issues and Events in the October 23, 1915 issue. The paper appeared weekly or biweekly. It ceased publication in 1918.
