West Virginia Medical Journal began in 1906, succeeding the Association's Transactions at the Annual Session. No issue or contribution copyright renewals were found for this serial. It is still published today.

• 1906-1927, 1929-2000: The Internet Archive has volumes 1-23 and 25-96 freely readable online. Notices on recent volume scans at this site mention a Creative Commons license.
