Xin Qing Nian was a magazine started in Shanghai, China. It initiated the New Culture Movement, promoting science, democracy, and vernacular Chinese literature. It also carried the French title "La Jeunesse", and its title translates to "New Youth" in English. (There is a Wikipedia article about this serial.)
