# op0

	> Company context for agent work you can approve.

	op0 helps a company give agent work durable context. A governed run can propose a plan, ask for approval before a consequential change, and retain the evidence that explains what happened.

## Core model

	- Context helps an agent understand the work. Access to a source does not, by itself, allow a change to that source.
	- Reference context gives the agent material to reason from, such as a product brief, repository, design, or decision record. It does not grant tool access.
	- Capability context describes what a connected tool can read or do. It is not approval to use that capability.
	- Authority names the specific change a person has approved, the target, and the boundary of that approval.
