All 3D slicers support STL meshes. Just select STL from the list of supported formats, and export. Try exporting from the Parametric Gear example.
JSCAD supports all the standard file formats for 3D printing, mesh exchange, and design sharing.

Need more? Complex designs always require parts. JSCAD supports folders which can have any number of parts. Assemble or create the parts, drop them into a folder. and use them to create a super design.
Grab any STL file from Thingiverse or Printables, and use the STL mesh (shape) in designs.
Move it, join it, cut it. It's all possible.
